1.2 Once you've made your selections, it's time to complete your purchase. Just click on the "Checkout" button, which will lead you to a page displaying the total amount due. Input your shipping details, and then proceed to make your payment with ease.

2.1 We offer two convenient payment methods: online payments through PayPal and card payments using Stripe.

2.2 Please be aware that there may be a surcharge for credit card payments. Ensure that you provide accurate billing information, including your address and telephone number as registered with your credit card bank. Incorrect information may cause delays or payment declines. 

2.3 All payments to Victoria Vynn are processed in GBP currency.

  1. Returns

3.1 Unwanted items can be returned provided they remain unused, unopened, and untested. Electronic devices must be in their original, unused condition with no signs of prior use.

3.2 Unwanted items should be returned within 14 days of delivery.

3.3 The cost of returning unwanted items is the responsibility of the buyer and will not be reimbursed by Victoria Vynn. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and only the product cost will be refunded.

3.5 In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item (provided it was not advertised as such), please report the issue and provide photo or video evidence within 48 hours of receiving the item. Failure to do so within this timeframe may result in the claim not being accepted.

6.1 Upon receiving your return, Victoria Vynn will process a refund within 3-5 working days, commencing from the date of receipt.

6.2 Kindly note that delivery charges are non-refundable, and you will receive a refund only for the product cost. However, delivery charges will be refunded in the following cases:

  • Non-delivered item(s)
  • Damaged/defective item(s)
  • Incorrect item(s)
